Job Description
AffinityVibez, a premier business management consultancy headquartered in Pakistan, is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will assist businesses across diverse sectors in identifying challenges and improving client relationships.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat communication. Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions. Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure a seamless experience, while striving to meet customer satisfaction goals.
Required Skills: Strong customer service aptitude, excellent English communication skills, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with SAP or CRM software is preferred.
