Job Description
Paragon Exchange Pvt Ltd invites applications for the position of Administration Officer. This role is exclusively for male candidates and is responsible for managing daily administrative and personnel services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of office supplies.
- Update and manage company fixed assets.
- Prepare necessary documentation for regulatory authorities.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Oversee the management of company fleet.
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
- Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, are required.
