Job Description

Elite HRSP is actively seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess between 10 to 15 years of building management experience and demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance of building systems, supervise personnel, address tenant inquiries, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 10-15 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills are essential.
