Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, fostering strong relationships with customers, and effectively resolving complaints. Additionally, you will keep customer records up to date and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications for this position include a diploma in customer service, fluency in English, and proven experience in customer support. Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred, while prior experience in the Visa Industry is considered an advantage.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month and requires in-person attendance.
