Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to spearhead our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will design and implement customized training programs for various teams and departments. Additionally, you will assess team performance and develop personalized growth plans, organize marketing events to enhance brand visibility, and provide mentorship and ongoing support to our team members. Maintaining accurate training records and generating reports on training effectiveness will also be part of your responsibilities.
Applicants should have substantial experience in training, preferably in a managerial capacity, along with strong communication and leadership skills. Organizational abilities are essential to manage multiple programs effectively. We especially encourage applications from female candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications.
