Job Description

AWT Investments is seeking a dedicated CSR Executive to excel in a vibrant role managing both inbound and outbound communications. You will deliver outstanding customer service while supporting our promotional initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting promotions and surveys to achieve our objectives.

Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and have relevant experience in a call center or customer service setting. We value proactive individuals who can provide exceptional communication and support.

Job Type: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
