Job Description
Dr. Salik Teaching Hospital is in search of a qualified candidate for the Front Desk Officer role. The successful applicant will be responsible for welcoming and assisting patients both in person and via phone, supporting medical staff, managing appointment schedules, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. Other responsibilities include handling corporate billing activities, preparing accurate invoices, and fostering strong relationships with corporate clients.
Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a hospital setting, along with at least a Bachelor’s degree. This is a full-time position with rotating 8-hour shifts, located in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi. The monthly salary for this role is Rs25,00.00.
