Job Description
MTBC is currently looking for a proactive Learning and Development Manager to spearhead our training initiatives and promote employee advancement. In this key role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs that address the varied needs of our workforce.
Your duties will include conducting needs assessments, creating instructional materials, and evaluating the impact of training initiatives. We require a strong leader with a solid background in human resources. A degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.
