Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is excited to announce an opening for an IT Support Specialist. This role is crucial for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and providing comprehensive technical support. The successful candidate will possess practical experience in hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and website management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intranet, internet, and Exchange servers.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues effectively.
- Install and maintain software, hardware, and network systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted functionality of UPS systems.
- Supervise website updates and content management.
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT support; proficiency in English is required.
