Job Description
Job Overview: We are looking for a committed Taxi Controller (CSR) to efficiently manage incoming calls from UK customers who are booking or modifying taxi services. This role entails handling airport bookings, processing payments, resolving complaints, and addressing driver inquiries.
Required Experience: Ideal candidates should possess prior experience in an inbound call center or at least one year of customer service experience. Familiarity with Ghost and Icabbi applications is preferred. A British accent is a requirement for this position.
