Job Description

Experience Required: 1-2 years in desktop support.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 IT support to end-users.
Required Skills:
– 1-2 years of experience in desktop support.
– Expertise in troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
– Experience with installation and troubleshooting of printers and scanning devices.
– Proficient in software and application installation and troubleshooting.
– Basic understanding of networking, including cable coding, connectivity troubleshooting, and IP addressing.

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
