Job Description
Comtanix, a rapidly growing BPO (not a call center) based in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our expanding team. Ideal candidates should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to connect with customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Utilize CRM systems to monitor and track sales activities.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and fluent English language skills.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. Shift hours: 7 PM – 4 AM.
