Job Description
Talent Connect is in search of a proficient Closer Agent to negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from initial interest to successful sales. This position demands outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize all sales agreements and contracts.
- Negotiate terms with clients and address their inquiries.
- Review contracts for precision and adherence to compliance.
- Follow up with leads and navigate them through the closing process.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient closings.
- Achieve or surpass sales objectives.
