Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Remote Inbound Customer Support Representative to join our dental practice in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound calls and assisting patients with their inquiries.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming dental appointments.
- Providing information about dental services and insurance options.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and conducting follow-ups as needed.
- Assisting with basic troubleshooting and escalating complex issues as necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or dental.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and scheduling software is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
