Job Description
Alpha Technologies Inc. is excited to invite motivated and customer-oriented individuals to apply for the position of Call Center Agent within our Spectrum inbound services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls related to Spectrum services.
- Assist customers with billing questions and technical troubleshooting.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.

Salary: Starting at Rs55,00.00 per month
