Job Description
Hasnain Tanweer Associates (HTA) is actively seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for our Hattar Haripur facility. This role is essential for overseeing our mechanical operations and ensuring optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of mechanical technicians and maintenance personnel.
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and collaborate with other departments.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans and propose enhancements.
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs90,00.00/month, along with medical, life insurance, and transportation benefits.
Requirements: A DAE in Mechanical Engineering and 2-4 years of relevant experience.
