Job Description
Truck It In is transforming Pakistan’s $25B+ road freight industry with our innovative Uber-for-freight model. We are currently looking for an Operations Executive to join our Fulfillment team, enhancing logistics and operations for over 1 million freight operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships within the freight market.
- Plan and oversee logistics and customer service operations.
- Cultivate partnerships with drivers and transporters.
- Address customer complaints and analyze dispatch performance metrics.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of logistics experience, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.
