Job Description
The First Law is currently looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative to manage customer interactions and ensure overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication skills, robust problem-solving capabilities, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Address inquiries and effectively resolve complaints.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure prompt issue resolution.
