Job Description
We invite you to join Collaborate Solutions as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. In this full-time position, you will oversee the complete accounts receivable process, including billing, invoicing, and collections. Your responsibilities will include processing and reconciling payments in accordance with our financial policies, preparing account statements, and sending timely reminders for overdue accounts. You will collaborate with various departments to address discrepancies and analyze data to recommend process improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, have demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, be proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP, and exhibit strong analytical abilities.
