Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convert leads.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proactive, persuasive, and results-oriented demeanor.
- Experience in call centers or customer service is a plus.
