Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Client Coordinator to join our team in Johar-town, G4. This full-time, onsite position operates from 12 PM to 9 PM. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring clear and effective communication. Your responsibilities will include conducting follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction, addressing any issues, and fostering client engagement. You will also be tasked with updating client records in our CRM system and collaborating with various teams to meet client needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in client coordination or customer service. Strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM software are essential.
