Job Description
Ghani Value Glass is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to spearhead our field sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the development of strategic initiatives, fostering robust client relationships, and conducting regular field assessments and coaching sessions.
Your key responsibilities will include setting and managing sales targets, as well as identifying new business opportunities. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and leadership skills, coupled with proficiency in MS Office and SAP, are crucial for success in this role.
