Job Description
Limton Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and configuration of our software products, as well as providing troubleshooting support both on-site and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure various software products.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective online support.
- Test and deploy applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage databases, including performing backups and facilitating data migration.
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Willingness to travel to client sites is essential.
