Job Description
The Key Accounts Executive plays a vital role in managing and strengthening relationships with our most significant clients. This position focuses on understanding client requirements, ensuring their satisfaction, and uncovering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to promote revenue growth. As the main point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our key accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Foster strong relationships, identify upselling opportunities, implement revenue growth strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, monitor account metrics, develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, 2-5 years of experience in account management, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software are required.
