Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to farmers on crop management and sustainable practices.
• Assist in the implementation of agricultural projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor crop conditions and collect data.
• Compile and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Organize training sessions and workshops for farmers on modern agricultural techniques.
• Build and maintain relationships with local farmers and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports on activities and project outcomes.
