Job Description
Tangent Technologies Pvt Ltd is in search of a committed HR Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to drive and execute HR strategies that align with our business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, addressing employee relations, and maintaining HR systems, all while promoting a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include overseeing performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing HR metrics to management.
