Job Description
XenMD is seeking a motivated HR Assistant who is a recent graduate with excellent communication skills. In this position, you will support the HR department by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations while managing attendance records.
Qualifications: A recent degree in Human Resources or a related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required.
Compensation: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month. This is a full-time night shift position.
