Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably with UK-based companies.
Salary: Competitive package of Rs45,00, including performance incentives up to Rs15,00.
Shift: Rotational, with remote work options available after the probation period.
Location: Lahore
