Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Aftersales Supervisor to join our team at S.M.J International Industries. In this role, you will manage aftersales operations, respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure accurate record-keeping. You will also work closely with internal teams to collect feedback and drive product improvements.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a D.A.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical fields and have 4-5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the lead-acid battery or manufacturing sectors. A customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills are crucial.
What We Offer: We provide a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs55,00.00 per month, along with comprehensive benefits in a full-time position.
