About Us: VoIPMen PVT Ltd, a leading provider of VoIP solutions based in Lahore, is seeking a committed Vicidial Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing user accounts in ViciDial.
- Uploading and overseeing campaign data.
- Setting up and configuring campaigns.
- Managing VOIP carriers and Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers.
- Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Fundamental knowledge of ViciDial.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- A quick learner with exceptional attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs70,00 – Rs90,00/month
