Job Description
Rastgar Engineering Company is seeking a talented and experienced Production Engineer to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing production activities while ensuring compliance with strict timelines and high-quality standards in a safe working environment. Key responsibilities include supervising manufacturing processes, diagnosing production line challenges, and collaborating with engineers to optimize production plans.
The ideal applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in production management. Strong technical problem-solving abilities and excellent leadership and communication skills are essential. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary between Rs100,00.00 and Rs250,00.00 per month.
