Job Description
Encoders Studio is looking for a talented Google Ads Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across multiple Google Ads platforms to drive client success. You will oversee campaigns from inception to completion, analyze performance metrics, and implement optimization strategies to improve conversion rates while minimizing costs.
The ideal candidate should possess 2.5 to 4 years of experience in an agency setting, a proven track record of scaling campaigns, and strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio is essential. Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are required for success in this role.
