Job Description
Progressive Resource is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Scheduler / Appointment Setter to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Elation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Manage patient records in EHR systems.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers.
- Verify patient insurance details.
- Handle scheduling inquiries professionally.
