Job Description
Enigma is hiring a Business Developer to manage Upwork and LinkedIn profiles for generating leads in Frontend and Backend development services. The ideal candidate will excel in securing projects and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage profiles on Upwork and LinkedIn.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Bid on projects and maintain client communication.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the development team.
- Execute email marketing campaigns.
- Create personalized cold emails.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Upwork, LinkedIn, and Email Marketing.
