Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Agriculture Field Officer to provide on-site technical support to farmers. Responsibilities include offering guidance on crop management, soil health, and pest control while assisting in agricultural projects and initiatives.
The selected candidate will conduct regular field visits to monitor crop conditions, compile and analyze data, and organize training sessions for farmers on modern agricultural techniques. Strong relationship-building skills with local farmers and cooperatives are essential.
This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from Rs60,00.00 to Rs65,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and work will be conducted in person.
