Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support to farmers on crop management, soil health, pest control, and sustainable practices.
Assist in agricultural project implementation and conduct regular field visits to monitor crop conditions.
Compile and analyze data to identify trends and improve farming practices, and organize training sessions for farmers.
Build relationships with local farmers and act as a liaison for effective communication.
Ensure compliance with project timelines and prepare detailed field activity reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
Experience: 1 year as Agriculture Field Officer (Required)
