Job Description
BNP PVT Limited is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to provide frontline technical support to end-users. You will address various hardware, software, and network-related issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems to deliver timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with technology issues
- Report network interruptions and server outages
- Troubleshoot system errors and failures
- Scan for and remove computer viruses
- Repair and maintain computers and laptops
- Monitor support requests and document all processes
- Develop preventive measures for internet-related interruptions
Requirements: 2 years experience, knowledge of Mac and Windows, excellent communication skills, and IT certification preferred.
