Job Description

Faletti’s Grand Hotel Multan is seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Officer to enhance our guest services. You will be responsible for making reservations, assisting visitors, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your tasks include greeting guests, managing inquiries, preparing welcome folders, promoting hotel services, and maintaining health and quality standards.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, 2+ years of experience, excellent communication, and strong customer focus. Note: This position is only for female candidates.
