Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, qualify and engage interested customers, and forward calls to the appropriate agents.
Shift Timing: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (including breaks).
Requirements:
- Proficient in English speaking and listening.
- Laptop with Windows 10.
- Good quality headset and stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
Compensation: Commission-based salary with pay ranging from Rs5,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
