Job Description
FitMatch Consulting Group is seeking experienced Virtual Assistants with a background in Shopify Store Management and Client Support for UK-based customers via chats and emails. This full-time position requires working from our Johar Town Lahore office, Monday to Friday with alternating weekend shifts.
Essential Responsibilities include responding to customer queries, identifying needs, sharing feature requests, and assisting in training junior agents. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills and experience in email support roles.
With a salary range of Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month, successful applicants will join a dynamic team responsible for daily customer inquiries and operational tasks.
