Job Description
Infovibes Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our CAB Service Inbound Call Centre. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in customer service or call centre operations, excelling in handling inbound calls. Experience as a Team Lead is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, including bookings and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain professionalism and support team members.
Requirements:
- 2 years of call centre or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in call centre software.
