Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join the Crossnotch Firm team. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging potential customers. After identifying their needs, you will forward calls to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Shift Timing: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (includes breaks).
Salary: Commission-based; weekly commission + retention bonuses. Pay ranges from Rs 5,00.00 to Rs 120,00.00 per month.
Requirements: Proficiency in English, functional laptop (Windows 10), quality headset, and a minimum of 15 Mbps internet speed.
Desired Skills: Strong listening and multitasking abilities, goal-oriented, and willing to work night shifts.
