Job Description
TTC Amigos BPO is seeking an experienced Call Center Trainer to enhance our team. In this role, you will:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for fresh hires.
- Train on product knowledge, call handling, compliance, and verification.
- Monitor trainee performance and offer constructive feedback.
- Create and update training materials in collaboration with management.
Requirements: 3-5 years as a call center trainer, night shift experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
