Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to elevate our team at Crossnotch Firm. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging interested customers. After identifying their needs, you will forward calls to relevant agents for further assistance.
Shift Timing: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Requirements: Good English skills, a laptop with Windows 10, quality headset, and stable internet (min 15 Mbps).
Compensation: Commission-based salary with weekly commissions and retention bonuses. Pay ranges from Rs 5,00 to Rs 120,00 per month.
