Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to oversee the accuracy of SEC Form 144 filings data. Your role will involve manual data entry of historical data, implementing data mapping, and applying quality control according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate manual entry of SEC Form 144 data.
- Data mapping following established SOPs.
- Applying quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- Experience in data entry and analysis.
- Knowledge of SEC filings and SQL is preferred.
