Job Description
Overview:
PostEx Pvt Ltd Company is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team in Gujranwala. Our ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and ready to manage various administrative tasks to support office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate facility maintenance with vendors.
- Supervise support staff and maintain records.
- Assist in budgeting and oversee travel arrangements.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years experience in administration or facility management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong MS Office skills and willingness to travel.
