Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage and ensure the accuracy of data related to SEC Form 144 filings. Responsibilities include manual data entry, precise mapping, and quality control according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Finance or related field
- Experience in data entry and analysis
- Familiarity with SQL and SEC filings
