Job Description
We are seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you’ll manage 600-800 incoming calls, focusing on qualifying and engaging customers.
Compensation: Basic salary + Punctuality bonus + Sold Incentives
Shift: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Must have a laptop with Windows version 10
- Good Quality Headset
- Reliable internet connection (Minimum 15 Mbps)
Experience: 1 year as a Call Center Agent (Required)
Work Location: In-person
