Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Social Media & Customer Support Specialist with excellent English skills to join Real Leads. This role entails content creation, social media management, and customer support to engage with clients and enhance their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Write and schedule email campaigns.
- Provide customer support via weekly calls based on course material.
- Design engaging graphics using Canva for social media and emails.
- Utilize project management tools effectively.
Requirements:
