Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support and guidance to farmers on crop management, soil health, pest control, and sustainable agricultural practices.
• Assist in the implementation of agricultural projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor crop conditions and assess agricultural practices.
• Compile and analyze data to identify trends and challenges.
• Organize training sessions and workshops for farmers on modern agricultural techniques.
• Build relationships with local farmers and agricultural cooperatives.
